OUR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PARTNER IS USPS – PROVIDING OUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE BEST SHIPPING RATES AND SWIFTEST DELIVERY POSSIBLE.
All orders are shipped from our Woodland Park, NJ workshop – usually the same day for orders placed before 1 PM (EST) and next day for orders placed after 1 PM (EST) – Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on Mondays.
No two days are the same workload-wise, so there’s a – very small – chance that we might be short of some models – depending on customer demand. In such cases, orders placed until 1 PM will shipped the next business day.
Our shipping partner for domestic orders is USPS and we DO NOT charge shipping/handling fees – including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day service. When your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number for your convenience.
Our shipping partner for international orders is USPS and we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for shipments to Europe, Canada and Mexico and 14.95 for shipments to the rest of the world. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class International service. When your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number for your convenience.
Please Note: Different countries have different customs regulations and different price limits to imported goods. We do our best and take necessary precautions for orders not to be stuck in customs but once it’s been picked up by UPS or USPS, we have no control over sent orders anymore and we accept no responsibility for any possible customs fees, taxes and/or duties that may or may not apply.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders. Now and always! International shipping rates vary depending on the target country and can be determined only during checkout.
Is there any chance that my order will be stuck in customs?
Different countries have different customs regulations and different limits for the value of imported goods. We do our best and take necessary precautions for orders not to be stuck in customs but since we have no control over your package anymore once it’s been picked up by USPS, we accept no responsibility for any possible customs fees that may or may not apply.
What happens if my order is stuck in customs?
You will have to pay the taxes and duties required by the customs of your country. There’s a good chance that USPS’s partner in your country will be assisting you with customs procedures for a brokerage fee. Alternatively, you are free to claim your package at the customs yourself.
